Message for Evelyn Lawrence

Most Latin I students are not turning in their classwork through Google Classroom. Those who are, are turning in excellent work.  I'd like to get to the bottom of why students are failing to post their work in Google Classroom.

It is possible that they are doing their work with pencil and paper, but not taking a picture of it to submit to Google Classroom.

I'd like for you to check with each student and show you what, if anything, they have done on translations for the story Ego Polyphemus.

If it is because they don't know how to get a picture from their iIpad or phone into Google Classroom there are students who do know and can help:

Adriana Fischer
Sidney Land
Natalia Quinones Espana
Samantha Ruiz Esparza Torres
Myen Y

The work of these students is pretty near perfect. So they know how to translate too.

Before the end of class I would like for you to collect each students translations, which should be in their notebooks. So collect the notebooks. If their translations are on loose sheets of paper, take these up and paper clip them together. There are file folders in the bottom right hand drawer of the desk.

I will come by after third period so that I can pick up the notebooks.
